Battelle will present their plans to build a day care center/education center on the Third Ave & Perry green space at this comming HWS meeting (Wednesday, April 16). The building location is the yellow rectangle on the Google Map.
The plans include a 16,000 square foot brick and siding building with many gables. They currently include a new street (show in green arrows) to follow the river and recreation path from Fifth Ave south to Third Ave.
